Your new role
As an HR Project Manager, you will report to the CEO and Financial Director. The initial project will involve you being responsible for reviewing and identifying HR policies, processes and contracts that need to be updated and updating or implementing new HR policies and HR processes and T&Cs making them more robust and fit for purpose and rolling out, communicating and delivering these to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
This will suit an HR Change/ HR Consultant/ HR Project candidate who has a wealth of experience reviewing and updating HR Policies and HR Processes or an HR Manager or HR BP who has a wealth of experience updating HR policies and HR processes in a generalist HR role, you will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
