Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Berkshire to assist with the appointment of a Local Plan Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract
We are looking to speak to experienced Project Managers, with extensive knowledge Local Plans & Procurement, who have worked for a Local Authority previously.
The Council is progressing with its Local Plan and needs a project manager for the next stage to enable it to;
• Deliver Government housing targets
• Support delivery of corporate strategies, political objectives, and guide speculative residential and business construction across the Borough.
• Manage growth sustainably: to benefit from opportunities, reduce the risk of inappropriate development, and build on the success of existing Local Plan.
Pay Scale – INSIDE IR35 – £300 per day (the day rate is negotiable, so please still get in touch if you work to a higher rate)
Location – Remote working – occasional site visits required around Slough
Contract Length – 6 months, with possibility of extension
