Spencer Clarke Group are working to recruit a Project Manager for Waltham Forest Council

Rates: £360-£460+* per day Inside IR35

*may negotiate higher for the right candidate, based on experience

The Role:

Working within the People Directorate Change Delivery Team to provide excellent project management to a complex and fast paced project focusing on financial assessment and debt management in adult social care.

Whilst it would be preferable that the candidate has a background in local authority services, the priority is a robust, resilient and highly organised individual who can effectively work with senior stakeholders and is someone with excellent and evidenced project management and business process mapping skills.

Essential:

• Relevant Project Management qualification
• At least 3 years project and programme management in a range of sectors
• Experience in Process Mapping
• Knowledge of Prince2 methodology
