The successful applicant will develop strategies and solutions to lead our sub-regional team of Creative Careers Coaches, Creative Employer Broker, and ESF Compliance Officer for the Creative Industries Hub ESF Academies Programme (CIHEAP). They will also work closely with our MAPCIH team, reporting to the CIH Job Academy Programme Manager, ensuring alignment of activities, referrals and employer engagement.
They will lead and develop the Creative Industries Hub ESF Academies Programme (CIHEAP) to maximise the benefits of Mayor’s Academies Programme and wider Creative sector opportunities for unemployed and economically inactive participant. Project and budget management as well as maintain accurate high-quality reporting to senior managers, the funder (EPMU/GLA) and external stakeholders. Furthermore they will develop and operationally manage the CIHEAP, ensure quality and value for money at all time, and that the service complies with relevant legislation, ESF/GLA regulations and policies.
