As a key player in a team that is responsible for a defined group of courses, you will lead on defined aspects of course delivery, plan and organise events and ensure the accurate maintenance of student records. You will also have day-to-day line management responsibility for Operations Coordinators in the programme group.
The post is primarily based at WBS at the University of Warwick although there will be occasions where the post holder will be required to support events which are delivered from The Shard in London and other off campus locations. This will include weekends for which time off in lieu will be granted.
You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service online and in person. You will have excellent teamwork and line management skills and experience of effectively working in a matrix organisational context. Evidence of well-developed organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills will be required. You will have strong communication skills and a high level of IT literacy. Experience of providing administrative support to Masters level programmes would be advantageous.
Candidates must be prepared to work Monday to Friday, the exact pattern of hours across 5-days is open for discussion.
