This position is to provide maternity cover in our EMEA Treasury Operations team based in Crawley. The role is a hands-on project delivery role on a Fixed Term Contract basis and the focus will be on delivery of an upgrade of our existing Treasury payment hub, bank rationalisation and delivery of other projects & process improvements within the EMEA Treasury Operations department. 

Our Crawley based Treasury Operations team of 6 also overseas an offshore outsourced Treasury Operations team of 12 resources based in India. . 

3 office working days will be a requirement for this role, but flexibility will be offered on which days in the week. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with our key internal business partners to identify project requirements
  • Deliver defined improvements to our internal processes
  • Coordinate with our internal and external business partners and IT for the delivery of our Payment hub upgrade project
  • Manage and support user acceptance testing and data migration for the upgrade
  • Design go-live strategy including the cut over of processes from the existing version to the new version and successful adoption into BAU in our outsourced offshore Treasury Ops
  • Work with the Head of Treasury/Treasury Operations Manager on other projects and operational improvements that are running in the department

Qualifications: 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in Treasury Operations
  • Proven understanding of Treasury systems (such as Trax and Quantum)
  • Prior experience in leading a treasury management system implementation and/or upgrade working with the wider treasury team for testing and rollout. 
  • Ideally will have worked within a treasury transformation or project role within a corporate treasury function, with experience of a payment hub implementation
