Bridgwater & Taunton College is looking for two experienced individuals to act as Project Managers on the Heart of the South West Strategic Development Fund (SDF).
Reporting directly to the Executive Project Lead, and each line managing a Project Coordinator, the Project Managers will be responsible for planning and designating resources across various project elements, preparing and adhering to budgets and monitoring progress. Working closely with project leads across the region's seven consortium colleges and several independent training providers, the post-holders will establish effective relationships to ensure all deliverables are achieved within the established timescales, and that all Department of Education reporting and monitoring requirements are met.
Strong IT skills and an in-depth knowledge of the skills needs within the Heart of the South West, as well as the 'Levelling Up' agenda are required.
The project will run from August 2022 - March 2023 to meet set short-term outcomes, laying the groundwork for long-term, positive outcomes (2025) for the region.
