A large healthcare organisation based in Southampton are looking for Technical Project Manager with NHS / Healthcare experience to join the IT Team on a 6 month contract.

Your new role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience within the NHS to assist in the delivery of ICT technical infrastructure, applications and services projects.


What you'll need to succeed
Project manage the implementation of IT technical projects as directed by the Head of IT Operations
Lead technical work streams within the Programmes and Projects
Ensure the delivery of multiple ICT technical projects, as well as having a supervisory responsibility for staff seconded to those projects.
Responsible for delivering local and national NHS projects within defined timescales, to time, cost and quality using PRINCE2 - the NHS standard project methodology.
Promote a project management culture within the NHS community as well as advising and assisting both non-IT project teams, and the Trusts generally, on technical matters where relevant
