Your new role
You will be joining a rapidly expanding team to assist in the rollout of various projects across different sectors including, but not limited to IT, Highways and Construction. You will be joining a small team with the prospects of helping to assist in the development of the business and provide knowledge of your expertise in your role. You will be helping to provide structure to projects and helping to oversee end to end project lifecycles. You will also be helping to lead and support in dealing with stakeholder management and programme delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be someone who has a result's driven mindset with the ability to break down complexity and ambiguity into practical plans. You will also be able to influence programme outcomes through positive behaviour and candour and will demonstrate great attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture and desired outcomes. You will be able to demonstrate in depth understanding of project management and expert us of MS office including Excel and PowerPoint. You will also be able to show strong experience of leading large transformation projects or successfully delivering strategic programmes, including the realisation of outcomes and benefits.
