Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for overseeing large-scale industrial projects? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client as a Project Manager who are a leading national industrial contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to drive project success.

  3. Client Interaction: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.

  4. Nationwide Travel: Embrace the opportunity to travel across the country to oversee projects in various locations. Flexibility and a willingness to relocate temporarily are essential.

  5. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

  6. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial updates, and any potential issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: A proven track record of successfully delivering projects for a main contractor, ideally in the industrial sector but not essential.

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.

  3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

  4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

  5. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams to success.

  6. Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel extensively and relocate as necessary to support project needs.
