Lead on the development and design on a range of projects, managing complexity with external contractors, internal and external partners • Confidently applies knowledge relating to the wider Borough policies around Local Plan and Climate Emergency Action Plan to drive the sustainability agenda • Produces high quality reports of a complex nature and is able to present challenges and solutions to relevant Boards and Committees and Senior Management • To be able to present complex data in a plain and easy to understand format and analyse various survey data e.g. traffic survey, O&D and use data to inform solutions • Maintain excellent working relationships with Design and Delivery, produce timely and accurate commissions for Design and Delivery for capital works and take part in weekly liaison meetings with the Design and Delivery team. • Ability to produce surveys for engagement and consultation purposes, analyse engagement data and ensure residents are kept informed about the project. • Maintaining project records and providing regular updates to Senior Managers and Members • Able to produce high quality communications to internal and external stakeholders and manage projects against a background of sensitive community issues.
