MTVH has a mixed portfolio of services and accommodation, and we deliver these to a range of groups - from customers living with Mental health, Learning Disabilities and Autism, Complex Needs, Young Adults and Later Living services. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Later Living and Wellbeing services in North and South London.

Managing a dispersed team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing your team and ensuring that customers receive a high-quality service. You?ll be part of a team which is supportive and inter-dependent, knowing that we succeed together.

You will be required to work closely with our local authority and statutory partners and make sure services are in line with regulatory requirements, being an active presence at sites. In the role you will achieve positive outcomes for customers, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory and business requirements whilst delivering excellent, personalised, value for money services for customers and local partners.

We are also developing our service models in line with our new Strategic Plan and you will have the opportunity to shape, contribute and develop these for this service type, alongside our Quality & Risk, and Contract Management team colleagues.

What you?ll need to succeed:

Experience of managing services for older people is essential. The ideal candidate will also have additional experience of either mental health, learning disability and/or autism services over multiple sites.

All this, together with a positive approach to managing teams to achieve their full potential would put you ahead of the field. You will also have a good understanding of what is required by commissioners and be confident in managing their expectations and developing positive relationships. The portfolio includes the management of accommodation, so good housing management knowledge alongside strong IT skills would be an advantage.
