We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Regional Operations Manager to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimising PFI assets

As the PFI Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day Asset Management operations of a portfolio of PFI Assets

Duties Include:

  • Ensure compliance with PFI (Private Finance Initiative) standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality
  • Monthly reviews and regular reporting and auditing of facilities management contracts
  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Manage the timely completion of company trackers, reports, and ad-hoc information for the region.
  • Review project finances throughout the region
  • Contractual and financial aspects of variation delivery.
  • Project agreement and contract compliance
  • Provide hard and soft FM management support
  • Undertake compliance and governance reviews
  • Review lifecycle plans and oversee planned works
  • Audit reports
  • Internal and external management reports
  • Prepare project board reports and minutes
  • External investor reports
  • Attend project board meetings and present quarterly reports
  • Key stakeholders relationship building

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within facilities management and PFI contracts (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities PFI contracts
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
