Project Manager - Location, North/North West England (Hybrid role)

45-52k plus package and bonus

My client are a well established contractor with multiple offices in the UK looking to add a motivated and driven PM to their team. They work in multiple sectors including education, healthcare and retail and you will be a part of their competitive workstream team. You will be controlling 2/3 jobs simultaneously and a lot of the projects will be throughout the M62 corridor, Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas. You must be willing to travel on occasion. This is a hybrid role with site visits and occasionally meeting in the office for team catch ups 1/2 times a month.

Duties
Overseeing Education, Retail and Healthcare Projects
Controlling multiple jobs simultaneously
Involved in tender process
Creating full project programmes
Conducting client, site and sub-contractor meetings
Submitting track programs to client team
Producing progress reports for client

Requirements
NVQ level 6 in Construction operations or similar
DBS Checked( Enhanced ) Or able to gain one on successful appointment,
SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
Temporary Works preferred but not essential.
First Aid.
Asbestos Awareness preferable but not critical
