Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager

Location: North London

Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team in North London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects involving various mechanical systems including ASHPs, FCUs, Watermist, Ductwork, LTHW, CHW, BCW, and PH systems.


  • Lead the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems for a range of projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including Mechanical Engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction or building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the design and installation of mechanical systems, including ASHPs, FCUs, Watermist, Ductwork, LTHW, CHW, BCW, and PH systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project is desirable.
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous.
