Conneticsworks in a true design, supply, build, operate, and maintain delivery modelhaving all services located at our main depot in ??tautahi Christchurch. Thisconnection means that the designer can get to site to see their designs beingconstructed and subsequently helps to develop more well-roundedengineers.

This rolewill see you contributing to the fast-paced and dynamic Design &Engineering Team who are delivering exciting and innovative projects. In this position, you will oversee complexDesign and Engineering projects, contributing to enhancing the team's overallcommercial effectiveness. Directly reporting to the Head of Design andEngineering, you will offer guidance and leadership to ensure the successfulimplementation, conclusion, and performance of projects. Your responsibilitieswill include ensuring projects are completed punctually, within budget, andmeeting both quality standards and customer requirements. Collaboration is keyin this role, as you will build and maintain strong relationships both internallyand externally.

  • Minimum 5 yearsexperience in a project management or equivalent role
  • Understanding of thefull project life cycle process from conception to construction
  • Experience the deliveryof complex projects and programme management
  • Detail orientated withstrong organisational skills
  • Ability to fostereffective communication channels across Design & Engineering
  • Strong interpersonalskills with a knack for productive collaboration across the team
  • Evidence of deliveringsuccessful projects on time and in budget
  • Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written
