We are currently looking for a Project Administrator for a large railway engineering company for a 1 year contract based in Cambridge.

The Project Administrator will assist the projects team with a wide range of administrative tasks relating to rail construction projects.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with quotes from supply chain
  • Raising invoices and dealing with financial admin
  • Handling queries and communications
  • Liaising with suppliers

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Construction or rail experience (desirable)
  • Proactive and well-organised with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a similar project related role

This is a site based role, full time, Mon- Friday
