With a proven track record of successful Fit-out and Construction projects and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join what is a dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of retail fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the retail industry, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget and strong fit-out and construction knowledge and experience.


Project Planning and Execution: • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. • Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client specifications. • Proactively identify and address potential project risks and challenges. Stakeholder Management: • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal leadership Team Leadership: • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors. • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving. • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals. Budget and Resource Management: • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures when necessary. • Collaborate with procurement to source and manage vendors and suppliers Quality Assurance: • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality fit-out solutions. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards.


• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the retail fit-out or construction industry. • Strong understanding of retail industry trends, design principles, and construction methodologies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in project management software and tools.
