Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contracts within the fit-out and refurbishment sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the continued success and growth of our company.


  • Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.


  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fit-out and refurbishment industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
