Red Sky Personnel is currently seeking a skilled MEICA Project Manager to join our client's team. This position, based in Hertfordshire, involves overseeing allocated projects and site activities with a strong emphasis on successful delivery and project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing allocated projects and project teams to ensure adherence to time, cost, programme, and safety objectives.
  • Providing technical expertise and leadership in the MEICA field, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Championing safety, wellbeing, and inclusion, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Overseeing project delivery from setup to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgetary constraints.
  • Managing project resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively.


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, MEICA, and health & safety.


  • Degree/ HND/HNC anticipated.
  • SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
  • CSCS card qualification.
  • First Aid qualification (optional).
  • 5-day SMSTS
