Do you have experience in the supported housing sector? Do you have a good understanding of partnerships working, commissioning arrangements, good negotiation skills and strong leadership/line management skills? Then join us as a Partnerships Operations Manager in our Care & Independent Living department. You will be responsible for the operational leadership and management of agency contract services and intensive management services across our supported housing partnerships portfolio operating in London, Kent, East Sussex and Hampshire.

As Partnerships Operations Manager, you will develop, implement and embed a programme of performance monitoring, maintain contract compliance and ensure the effective and efficient management of supported housing services within a complex operating environment.

This is a hybrid position working out of one of our offices, with the requirement to travel to our schemes.

What you'll need:

  • Good working knowledge of contract and supported housing regulations and responsibilities related to working in partnership with others.
  • Understanding of care and support services working with 3rd party providers and managing agents.
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively managing, motivating and inspiring staff.
  • Experience in managing projects with strong organisation of time management skills, able to juggle multiple demands.
  • You will be a role model for excellent customer service, creating a resident first working environment.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills able to use appropriate skills and knowledge to facilitate and maintain positive relationships with internal colleagues, external partners and suppliers.
