Reporting to the Build Director, you will be responsible for managing the partitioning and ceiling packages and sub-contractors required to complete projects to ensure build excellence is met across multiple sites mainly in London and the South East.

We are looking for a responsible, articulate, and motivated individual who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems, who can manage projects to the highest standard, on time and budget. You will be focussing on continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding the clients' expectations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and running the works packages professionally from site, ensuring resource levels are adequate to always be on programme
  • Procurement ensuring project orders are raised
  • Ensuring all works are to the highest standards of workmanship and quality
  • Reviewing works packages and contractor orders to ensure scope is fulfilled

You will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years experience of managing partitioning and ceiling systems in commercial office interiors setting, and of managing associated trades on site.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% office or site-based role

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
