SharePoint Implementation/Project Manager - 6 months - Surrey/Hybrid - Up to GBP100k p.a. pro rata + excellent benefits

The organisation is undergoing an exciting digital transformation which primarily involves the transition from in-house document management to Microsoft SharePoint online and the full Microsoft 365 suite. They need an articulate, experienced, IT consultant to take a lead on this project and you will be involved in the implementation, testing and delivery of training to the wider business.

Working closely with their highly engaging and supportive IT Director, this will suit an experienced IT specialist, who has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, as well as having a 'hands-on' mentality. You will work alongside the rest of the IT Department, but this role needs someone who can work autonomously and use their initiative, and to be able to manage relationships across all departments.

This role requires an individual who can be flexible and dynamic in their approach, and who can identify and implement ideas and improvements.

Skills requirements:

  • High level of expertise within using and implementing Microsoft SharePoint
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills covering a wide area of topics
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
