Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mechanical projects in the commercial, retail, and hospital sectors, from inception to completion.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Implement and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
