Regional Project Manager - Mechanical and Electrical Projects - Permanent

Hybrid role that would be ideal for an experienced civils project manager.

Position will be working for a worldwide award winning Building Management Company delivering Mechanical and Electrical civils projects within commercial buildings.

  • 55000 - 60,000 pa
  • 5,000 car allowance
  • Superb company benefits allowance, holiday pay and excellent good company pension
  • Hybrid Role
  • Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role:

Carrying out civils project management of mechanical and electrical projects within the South East of England

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • Very good project management experience
  • Very good time served experience of delivering Mechanical and Electrical projects
  • Budget Management experience
  • Very good experience of developing and maintaining client relationships

55,000 - 60,000 pa plus 5,000 pa car allowance and fantastic benefits package.

This is an incredible career opportunity that is perfect for an experienced project manager looking to take the next step up in their project management career, would be highly suitable for applicants with expertise in project management of Mechanical and Electrical projects in commercial buildings, and ideally living in the South East of England in areas such as Stevenage, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Luton, Hitchin, Harlow, Watford and the surrounding areas
