We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading teams in the FM industry.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for root cause analysis and have the ability to develop the solutions to address any issues. This involves identifying the areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
It is essential the Operations Manager has previous management experience, knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management, experience in budgeting and forecasting, an understanding of business and financial principles and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the FM industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
