Job Title: Senior Security Project Manager

Location:Commutable distance to London, UK

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Security Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale security projects ( 500k+) from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in a range of security systems, exceptional commercial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects with full P&L responsibility.

- Manage and coordinate large security projects from bid through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of various security systems, including enterprise solutions, to effectively oversee project implementation and installation.
- Exercise strong commercial awareness to maximise project profitability, managing all financial aspects including budget allocation, cost control, and resource optimisation.
- Lead on-site installation teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Liaise with site personnel and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including contracts, progress reports, and compliance certificates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately interpreting and addressing clients' requirements, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven experience managing large security projects ( 500k+) with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong technical knowledge of a range of security systems, including enterprise solutions.
- Excellent commercial acumen and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from bid through to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage on-site installation teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or security systems would be advantageous.
