Red Sky Personnel is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in large civil and utilities projects. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from design and construction to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage operational and financial targets, and supply chain performance.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure innovative methods and materials are used safely.
  • Deliver quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Develop team expertise to a world-class standard.
  • Manage contractors to ensure quality and value for money.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, track costs, and ensure program requirements are met.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety standards.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Oversee MEICA projects and teams.
  • Manage supply chain and subcontractors.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
  • Report progress and ensure work meets client specifications.
  • Chair safety, production, and quality meetings.
  • Ensure project records are maintained efficiently.
  • Address day-to-day project issues and promote health and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/HND/HNC in a relevant field.
  • SMSTS/SSSTS qualification.
  • CSCS card qualification.
  • First Aid qualification (optional).
  • 5-day SMSTS.
  • 10 to 15 years managing/delivering MEICA water-based schemes
