We are recruiting for a highly experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client's team in Nottingham. As a leading company in the design and supply of interior and exterior wall systems, they are looking for a talented individual to manage their technical projects and ensure the successful delivery of the clients' needs.

Job Details:

Location: Nottingham
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: GBP65-70k with full package


Manage the technical aspects of the projects, from design to installation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Work closely with the clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential issues
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and client requirements
Collaborate with the technical support team to provide solutions to clients and resolve technical issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company's products and services remain competitive


Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical project management role, preferably in the construction industry
Strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Validated certification in a relevant project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
