Are you a dynamic and highly organized professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our clients team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager by reviewing project scope and technical documentation
Verify drawings and technical specifications from clients and suppliers
Obtain quotations for products and services
Raise manufacturing requests for in-house supplied materials, tools, and equipment
Place orders for products and services using our financial systems
Monitor and expedite delivery of items to meet agreed timescales
Arrange and coordinate logistics
Ensure compliance with Company and legislative procedures
Adhere to quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems

An integral part of this role involves site visits and activities where you will be responsible for:
Produce site handover packs for field personnel
Support the Project Manager with detailed site schedule planning
Monitor and support site activities, liaising daily with Site Managers/Supervisors
Obtain and review necessary site paperwork
Compile and submit Manufacturing Record Books detailing completed site activities

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and reliable in completing tasks. You will be coordinating project work both in-house and off site, therefore clear and effective communication is key. You will have deadlines to work to so workload must be managed efficiently.

Experience in purchasing, expediting and logistics is beneficial, but not essential. A great work ethic and willingness to excel is more important.
