UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is one of the operational directorates within the Home Office.  Making millions of life-changing decisions every year, about who has the right to visit or stay in the country.  Our work is at the heart of keeping the country safe and secure, whilst creating and developing a culture of world class customer service for people who come here legally. UKVI employs 7,500 people based in locations around the UK and overseas.

This is a new role, where you will be responsible for making sure the UKVI’s transformation portfolio is well managed to deliver business and customer benefits. Acting as the Head of Profession for change, managing a relatively new team that is growing and developing to ensure they have the right professional skills to deliver.

We are looking for someone with a strong and credible track record in change management and delivery with proven leadership skills, to lead the team in a complex, fast moving and highly political environment.
