Project Manager

Location: Sutton, South West London (office), with project sites in Central London and southern England
Salary: 40k - 45 per annum, based on experience

Your Role:

  • Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and are completed on time
  • Manage site teams and resources across multiple projects
  • Handle commercial aspects of projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Interpret client drawings and programs, creating Londinium sub-programs
  • Coordinate material deliveries from the Londinium workshop to sites
  • Maintain safety and tidiness of work areas
  • Write method statements and risk assessments
  • Oversee projects from order to final account

What They AreLooking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience, preferably in interiors (e.g., ceilings, dry-lining, joinery, contracting)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and improve
  • Ability to prepare and interpret drawings and work programs
