We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our client in Liverool

The successful candidate will join a leading company in the construction industry, known for its strong dedication to delivering high-quality projects that positively impact communities. With a long-standing history and an innovative approach, our client has consistently led advancements in the sector.

As a Document Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining both digital and physical document filing systems.
  • Reviewing and distributing documents according to departmental procedures.
  • Keeping accurate digital and physical records, and logging distributed documents.
  • Processing and following up on responses to issued documents.
  • Handling requests for information.
  • Conducting regular archiving.
  • Staying informed about company policies, industry legislation, and relevant guidance.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience working on a construction site.
  • Proven success in a general administrative support role or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The candidate will be based in Liverpool:

  • on the main site 80% of the time
  • 20% on 2 other smaller sites

Willingness to commute to the other sites is essential.
