Float EA/Project Manager - MUST have Executive Search Experience

Initially 4 days a week in office and after probation will drop to 2/3 days

The Company

A leading executive search firm that works with some of the most exciting organisations and brands across all consumer facing sectors is looking for a Float EA/Project Manager to provide vital cover for a team of 6.

The Role

As a Project Manager you will be key point of contact between senior executives, candidates, clients, internal stakeholders and managing a heavy administration workload. You will be the driver of the search timeline, ensuring that key deliverables are achieved at each stage as well as the more traditional aspects of a Project Manager role such as proactively managing your Partner's/Director's diary and inbox, assuring their time is utilised efficiently.

Our Project Managers are the front face of our organisation and the heart of our customer service experience for our clients and candidates. This is a complex external facing position that requires organisational skills, intellect and high levels of EQ.

This particular role is to provide vital cover when the Project Managers are on leave. This means being able to pick up searches in any team across the business, sometimes at short notice. When not providing cover this role will be supporting two Directors, one in Fashion & Luxury and the other in Retail. Having the ability to adapt to different styles of support is a must. You must have strong organisational skills, be able to communicate clearly and be ok with the reactive nature of this role.

We are looking for someone to be in the office 3-4 days per week to begin with to ensure that they are able to build relationships internally and understand the best way to support the teams.

  • Executive Search experience and a passion for the sector
  • A calm, pragmatic approach, able to push back when necessary and be sensitive to stressful situations
  • Able to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders
