Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager require for a dynamic and forward-thinking electrical contracting firm based in Essex, specializing in a diverse range of projects across commercial, data centre, and residential sectors. Our expertise spans 1st and 2nd Fix, Shell and Core, Full Testing, Installations of Primary Containment, and comprehensive electrical Installations including Conduit, Wiring, Distribution, and Submains.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee multiple projects across London, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage electrical projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Contracts Management: Oversee all contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and managing any variations or changes effectively.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, providing regular financial reports and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices across all sites.


  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the electrical contracting industry, with a strong track record in managing commercial, data centre, and residential projects.
  • Qualifications: Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of electrical installations and systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Location: Flexibility to travel across London for project oversight, with a base in our Essex office.
