Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to build a career in a national organisation.
Working closely with the Operational Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to managers, including creating reports and spreadsheets, inbox management and minute taking in meetings.

  • Location: Tottenham (nearest stations: Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale), parking and charging points available
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm (or 7am - 4pm or 9am - 6pm)
  • Office-based (this is not a hybrid role)
  • Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience within the social housing, housing repairs and maintenance sector or a background in trades
  • Experience working in Major Planning Works desirable
  • 3+ years' solid experience as an administrator
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Strong organisation, admin and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills
