Job description: We have an excellent new opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our global organisation. The main purpose of this role will be to; * Manage the delivery of Major contract and project including Automotive Dealer audits to meet the customer Contract requirements. * Provide Account Management to local contacts within client organisation and global account managers. * Support the expansion of the range of products and services delivered in the sector, as required. * Undertake audits and client led training as required. Seeked profile: Essential * Experience of project and account management and the management of remote resources. * Willingness to learn and adapt to change - committed to continuous personal and professional development. * Must be able to demonstrate background/experience in the sector; an excellent working knowledge of Automotive Dealership practice and environment. * Effective interpersonal skills, able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels. * Must be IT literate i.e. competent in the use of MS Office applications and experience of using on-line databases. * Able to motivate and lead others in a "project team" environment. * Educated to A Level standard or above. Desirable * Ideally able to demonstrate ability to identify and capitalise on any potential to maximise sales/revenue generated by the business. * Experience of working within automotive dealership environment. * Understanding of schemes operated by OEM and implemented by dealerships, including Dealer Standards, Incentives and Warranty schemes. * Supervisory and line management experience. * Experience of aftersales activity within automotive dealerships. * Experience of working within an Automotive OEM. * Undertaking auditing and / or training delivery.
