The Company:
Our Charnwood based clients are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their busy fast based projects team who work with UK wide shopfitting/installations.
The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role and be prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that the Site Teams and Project Managers have the right support, information and materials to ensure a successful result.
This role is a rewarding roles for someone that thrives on being busy and takes pride in supporting and contributing as part of a team.
The candidate
Confident communicator written and verbal - with clients, site teams, Project Managers and other internal departments.
Good use of office programs including excel and ideally use of SAP
Flexible and enthusiastic, loves a challenge and is able to cope with last minute requests, changing requirements
Well organised, independent and able to manager their own time/workload well
A strong multi tasker, shows initiative and a has a good approach to problem solving
Conscientious and responsible in completing tasks without having to be chased
The role
Supporting with project administration, orders, H&S, Risk Assessments, ordering Materials
Diary management - scheduling and booking accommodation for on site teams
Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal departments to ensure all information is relayed and recorded
Risk assessment and method statements as required
Ordering of materials for site
Communicating with installers and clients post installation to ensure client satisfaction
Organisation and maintenance of all paperwork related to installations projects
Juggling multiple projects and requests simultaneously
