Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager - West Midlands

• Reporting directly to an ops director

• Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills are required.
• A solid understanding of commercial and contractual knowledge, including NEC/JCT/PPP, is necessary.
• Experience with large-scale projects, specifically those exceeding GBP25 million, is a requirement.
• Holding MCIOB/ICE/MRICS SMSTS qualifications is essential.
• An NVQ Level 6 or higher qualification is required.
• A degree-level education or its equivalent is necessary.
• Prince2/APM/PMP certifications are highly desirable. IOSH/NEBOSH certifications are desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and MS Projects is essential.
• A thorough understanding of CDM regulations and legislation is required.
