My client has won a 9 m reinforced concrete and groundworks package near Didcot in Oxfordshire. This is set to run for a least 40 weeks and I have been asked to find a Project Manager for this scheme.

This opportunity is one of my longest standing clients- they are in the top 5 contractors in the UK in terms of profitability and they have a secure future going forward with a number of new projects on the horizon.

I am looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of the successful delivery of RC frame projects- this will need to be with reinforced concrete subcontractors. This is absolutely essential.

You could have a Civil or Structural Engineering degree or a trades background-they key is that I need someone confident, well-presented and commercially aware who can complete the project safely and on time whilst liaising with the client.

The rate available is favourable in comparison with market rates and there is room for negotiation for exceptional candidates.

This contract can commence as soon as we secure the right individual for this role.
