Exciting nationwide Project Manager opportunity for a leading tier 1 construction and fit out company.

About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial nationwide fit out projects valued around 10 million, with a focus on CAT A & CAT B for schools and health care.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Acting as No.1 on site reporting to an Operations Director
• Running the project from start to finish
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to 10 million
• CAT A and CAT B experience
• Commercial fit out experience for schools or health care
