Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Oversee drylining, decorating, and glazing tasks to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Support senior project managers in the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drylining, decorating, and glazing within the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with interior fit-out projects, particularly in commercial settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
