Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead the project on-site, this role ensures Quality, Cost, and Delivery of all project elements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual compliance.
• Develop project scopes, deliverables, budget, and schedule.
• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure nuclear and industrial safety standards.
• Monitor project health using key performance indicators.
• Oversee project procurement, subcontract management, and supply chain strategies.
• Apply project controls methodology with the Project Controls Team.

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership skills
• Experience with Integrated Project Delivery models and NEC3 contracts
• Understanding of large EPC work, nuclear supply chain, and safety culture
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, earned value, critical path scheduling, and construction work packaging
