Job Title: Site Based Project Manager

Location: Liverpool, United Kingdom

Duration: Full time role. First project in Liverpool is 12 months.

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum plus car allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Start Date: Immediate

Job Description:
My client are seeking an experienced Site Based Project Manager to oversee a 10M construction project in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and resources effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction and build industry.
- Strong background with a main contractor.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
