PROJECT MANAGER - COMMODITY BROKERAGE - LONDON

Fixed Term Contract (12months) - Good Rate & excellent benefits -conversion to permanent position likely available for right individual.

Clarity Resourcing is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager, capable of running a number (3 or 4) of concurrent change projects. You'll need to be adaptable, committed, robust, willing to learn & grow. Some of the projects are international in nature but travel is not required.

Financial Services and business change experience is absolutely essential -experience within a Commodity Broker or related sector would be HIGHLY advantageous.

You'll likely be PRINCE2 certified or APM, etc. Experienced with MS Project and managing budgets.

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure for varied project deliverables.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Working with stakeholders to develop business requirements and translating these needs into executable services
• Manage the project adoption into BAU, capturing benefit realisations and lessons learnt
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices

You'll require the following skills and experience:

Key

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Agile, Lean, Waterfall, SAFe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• An influencer with credibility. Leadership & problem-solving skills essential.
• Strong attention to detail and working with senior stakeholders.
• Certification in PPMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM APMG or equivalent.
• Experienced in providing project data and supporting senior management teams on decision making.

Advantageous

• Experience working with commodities / trading technology.
