OPERATIONS MANAGER - LONDON & SURROUNDING COUNTIES - UP TO 71K + 5K CAR ALLOWANCE + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS - REGIONAL CARE PROVIDER

Forest Care Selection is working with a regional care provider, who are currently seeking an established multi-site manager, for their specialist services which cater for elderly clients with old age and Dementia. This role will oversee an established care portfolio across counties within the London and surrounding counties.

The Operations Manager in the London area will:
Oversee an established portfolio of homes and ensure the highest standards of care is achieved across the homes.
Work to achieve outstanding ratings across all homes and in line with this provider vision of becoming the leading care provider.
Oversee the financial responsibility for the portfolio ensuring each service is operating at required efficiency levels and ensuring resources are allocated accordingly.
Promote the homes across the region with a range of external stakeholders and work closely with the senior leadership team.
Provide support and guidance to home managers ensuring they work in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures and adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements for their homes.

The Operations Manager in the London area will have:
A track record in operational or regional management, ideally working for a similar provider.
In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and standards.
Knowledge of the Gold Standard framework.
Thorough understanding managing multiple specialist services.
Full driving license with access to own vehicle and be able to stay away from home as required.
