MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Project Support Building Safety Officer on a Permanent basis.

Fully remote
40,000 - 70,000 DOE

What you're responsible for:

Assisting the Principal Fire Consultant, and other Consultants as required.
Carry out administrative activities as required to ensure timely delivery of reports to clients utilising the admin team function where possible.
Managing Fire Consultancy projects
Downloading data and drawings from clients where applicable
Managing Clients and their processes
On-boarding of Clients
Quality checking reports and deliverable
Utilisation of Smartsheet
Liaising with Clients and communicating arrangements with Staff.
Transferring final data to final templates
Chasing missing data
Liaising with surveyors and Principals and being the first point of contact for any Fire
Consultancy project-related issues.
Keeping job folders and master site lists up to date.
Amending templates as necessary to meet specific client requirements.
Quality checking final documents before issuing to clients.
Attending meetings, as required.
Seeking feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the client experience.
Working as an integral part of the growing Fire Consultancy team.

Your knowledge, skills, and qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data.
Proficient user of Smartsheet
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create basic formulae, create
charts/graphs.
Problem solving skills are desirable to ensure the Fire Consultancy projects and its
associated administration runs efficiently with little intervention from the Principal Fire
Consultant Building Safety.
Analysis of data to ensure that final reports correctly reflect the findings of the Consultants.
Good planning and organisational skills, the ability to work unsupervised will be essential to
ensure the department operates efficiently and that all systems both electronic and manual
are maintained.
Communication with both internal and external personnel will be a key requirement.
Capability to deal with high-volume of data.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage working time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including good telephone manner.
Have good customer service skills and can communicate clearly and effectively with all levels
of management.
Financially competent to plan and invoice work as required.
