Job Title: Project Manager

Location: NORTHAMPTON

Salary: Up to GBP80,000 + Package

Overview

• Skilled Careers is working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who is looking for a Project Manager
• The ideal Project Manager will have previous experience in a delivery position from planning to site completion.
• This a fantastic opportunity for you to oversee a project from start to finish and be part of a company that will give you the chance to be a main pillar for growth in the Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with various office departments in terms of reporting their build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings and sub-contractors.

• Supervising and motivating their sub-contractors and internal site team.

• Ensuring that the site is managed safely and meets all Health and Safety regulations.

• Maintaining build quality on-site

Requirements

• UK Main Contractor experience (Essential)
• A proven track record as Project Manager in delivering multi-million pounds projects would be advantageous
