About the Role:
My client are seeking an up and coming Contracts Manager to oversee fit outs and refurbishments across leisure centers and gyms, with project values ranging from 100K to 4M. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review contracts, negotiate terms, and manage any disputes that arise.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing fit out and refurbishment projects within the leisure and gym sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Based locally to Rushden and willing to travel to sites in Hertfordshire and London.
- Full UK driving license.
-CSCS Gold or Black Card (Essential)
-2+ years experience at Project Manager level, working for a main contractor.
