We are currently recruiting a Senior Operations Manager role for a UK provider of social housing and accommodation solutions to the public sector

The role would offer a salary roughly between 65,000 and 85,000 plus company benefits, depending on experience

The role will be remote based, with occasional trips to sites dotted around the South West of England roughly twice a month (although more frequent in the first few months of the role).

The role is responsible for leading, delivering and developing the daily operations; to inform and progress the operational strategy. This includes the leadership and management of staff including housing officers and key stakeholders, performance management via data interrogation, analysis and interpretation; risk management; compliance against contractual and legislative requirements.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience of working with public sector/government clients.
• Experience of operational management within the housing/care sector
• Commercially savvy
• Understanding of licensing conditions and housing regulations
